Upon inquiring about dinner reservations, we were met with warm enthusiasm by the staff, who ensured our evening at the hotel's restaurant was an unforgettable culinary journey.The menu, crafted with local produce, was a testament to Sicilian flavors and traditions. We savored each bite of the home-made dishes, appreciating the chef's dedication to authenticity and innovation. The ambiance of the restaurant, with its charming decor and welcoming vibe, provided the perfect backdrop for our dining experience.As a sailing enthusiast, I often find parallels between exceptional cuisine and smooth sailing--both require skill, attention to detail, and a dash of adventure. The breakfast spread, reminiscent of a coastal feast, offered a great variety of options, including hot omelettes and sausage, setting the tone for a day of exploration along the Italian coastline.Condor's dedication to culinary excellence truly shines through in every dish served.
